These days, through Make Mama Magic,

I get to create spaces where T21 mamas can actually breathe and connect with each other.

Sometimes this looks like our monthly gatherings where moms share victories, work through challenges, and remind each other how amazing we are. This meetup is perfect for working through bite-sized things that pop up in our lives.

Other times it's through my "Beyond Overwhelm" workshop that gives you concrete tools to move from where you are to where you want to be.

This can also be sitting down one-on-one for deeper problem-solving sessions where we can take an overall look at your whole situation or spend the entire time filling out that grant application that's been sitting on your kitchen counter for months.

One of my greatest joys in life is to create safe and sacred spaces where community can gather to learn and grow together.  I have been doing this for over 25 years through my work as an arts leader, community facilitator and events coordinator. I am honoured to now bring this lived experience to Make Mama Magic.

I'm here to be a mirror, a guide, a reference point, and a sounding board so you can feel empowered to make the best choices for you and your family.

Of course, life isn't all about the work we do; it's about the joy we create along the way.

When we're not building community, Sami and I love singing, dancing, and drumming together. We've been lucky enough to travel all over the world on adventures that honestly wouldn't have been possible without the incredible people who've become part of our story and make magic happen with us every day.

I honor and celebrate my mixed ancestry of Omushkegowuk Cree (Moose Cree First Nation – Treaty 9), French and German in all of my work. I am passionate about sharing Indigenous wisdom teachings and cultivating transformative experiences for all who walk through the doors of Make Mama Magic.
