This is your soft place to land. Your chance to connect with other moms and exchange resources on this wild journey of mothering a child with Down syndrome.
This monthly circle of support is where we share our wins and cheer each other on through the hard stuff.

A Consistent, Nourishing Way to Connect
This is a local and in-person group that meets once a month (we also have an online option!) where moms with children with Down syndrome can feel seen, heard, and held. You’ll have the intimacy of a close-knit circle while still being part of a wider community of like-minded mamas.
We’ll meet regularly to share where we’re at and what’s unfolding in our lives in a safe and facilitated container.
You’ll also get access to resources and shared wisdom, because doing this work in community is where the magic happens.
My hope is that this becomes a highlight of your month. A time to recharge and fill your cup. There will be self-care. There will be laughter. You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and able to care for your family from a more resourced place.
I created this monthly circle because being in spaces like this has made a real difference in my life, and I want to offer that to others.
I hear from so many moms in our community who are longing for a place to come together and get out of isolation.
Moms are stronger together. Connecting with just one other person can change the trajectory of your life and experience.
The moms I’ve met here in Vancouver and in the wider online community of parents of kids with Down syndrome are some of the most incredible people I know.
Creating this circle is my way of giving back.
This Monthly Meet Up is a perfect fit for you if…
You're a mom of a child with Down syndrome who’s craving connection with others walking a similar path.
You’re carrying so much—emotionally, logistically, mentally—and could use a place to decompress and catch your breath.
You often feel isolated, even among friends and family, and want a space where you don’t have to explain everything. A place where you're instantly understood.
You’re tired of doing it all alone and want to exchange real-life resources, stories, and support with other moms who get it.
You believe in your child’s magic and want to be in community with others who lead with kindness, curiosity, and fierce love.
(If you’re less of a group person and more of a 1:1 person, consider booking a consultation session with me here.)
You’ll walk away feeling…
Connected to other moms who understand this journey, and no longer alone in it.
Resourced with real recommendations, ideas, and tools shared by people who’ve been there.
Grounded and supported, and trusting your own instincts as a mother.
Empowered to take next steps that feel aligned for your child and your family.
Re-energized and hopeful, with a deeper sense of community and clarity moving forward.
What we’ll do together:
We’ll start with introductions, check-ins, and time to share our wins and what’s coming up for us.
Then, I’ll facilitate a more structured conversation with prompts and breakout groups.
After that, we’ll rejoin the bigger group and have a go-around where folks can express a current need and tap into group wisdom for brainstorming, resource-sharing, and contacts.
We’ll close the circle by sharing a word or next step, so each of us is seen, witnessed, and held in that intention for the month ahead.
Then it’s time for snacks and informal chit-chat!
RSVP required
Contribution is $21 and includes light refreshments
